Information submitted

Your name and chosen contact details. Company, selected service and challenge description are included if you complete those fields. Please do not include health information, payment details or confidential information about other people.

Purpose

To review your inquiry, contact you, clarify the challenge and prepare a consulting proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to advertising emails.

Processing

With your consent, information is transmitted over HTTPS, delivered to our business email and retained in a restricted inquiry store on the hosting service. Access is intended for handling inquiries. Email and hosting providers may process the data to operate these services.

Retention and deletion

Inquiry data is retained until the inquiry and related interaction are complete. Once the purpose is fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, the information is to be deleted unless there is another basis for retaining it.

Your requests

You can request correction or deletion and withdraw consent by emailing info@spenglergroup.ru. Include the contact details used in your inquiry so we can locate it.
